A mild yerba mate in the Barbacúa style. Produced in Argentina, traditionally with stems. This yerba is characterized by its very mild, balanced, and slightly smoky flavor (due to the Barbacúa variety, but very mild compared to other Barbacúa types). Overall, this yerba is very well-rounded in flavor with a slightly sweet note and produces a rich, frothy head when poured. Suitable for all bombilla types. The yerba leaves were organically grown and aged for 12 months.
